This website is operated by RRR LLC, a Utah limited liability company, doing business as The Skyfall Residence ("we," "us"). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to host you well, we don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising trackers.
What We Collect
- Reservation information you give us: name, email address, phone number, party size, optional occasion, dates requested, and anything you write in the request form.
- Stay records: your reservation code, quoted rates and totals, and the status of your request (confirmed, declined, cancelled).
- Technical basics: our server temporarily processes IP addresses for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The only browser storage we use is a session token on our private owner console.
How We Use It
- To respond to and manage your reservation request, and to communicate about your stay (confirmations, arrival details, concierge arrangements).
- To meet legal obligations, including Utah lodging tax records and local licensing requirements.
- To protect the residence and our guests (for example, verifying the primary guest's age and identity before confirming).
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you've asked for it, and any such email will include a way to opt out.
What We Share
- Service providers: our website is hosted by a cloud provider; reservation data is stored there on our behalf. Concierge services (shuttle, chefs, deliveries) receive only what they need to serve you — typically names, party size, and schedule.
- Channel calendars: if you found us through Airbnb or Vrbo, your booking is governed by their privacy policies. Our own published availability calendar contains only dates marked "Reserved" — never names or personal details.
- Legal: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention
We keep reservation and payment records for as long as required for tax, licensing, and liability purposes (generally up to seven years), then delete or anonymize them. Declined and expired requests are kept for a shorter operational period.
Your Choices & Rights
You may email us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and we will honor the request except where we must retain records by law. We honor applicable rights under U.S. state privacy laws. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the owner console is password-protected and access-limited, and we practice data minimization — we simply don't collect what we don't need. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Reservations may only be made by adults 25 and older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
