Questions & Policies

When does the residence open?

We are accepting reservation requests now for stays beginning January 2027. The residence itself — including its private sauna and hot tub — is complete from day one. Wildwood Reserve's shared pool and spa open in Summer 2027, and the private ski shuttle begins with the 2027–28 ski season.

Is booking direct less expensive than Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Our direct rates run roughly 10–15% below the online travel sites for identical dates — the difference is their service fees, not ours. Direct guests also receive priority for early check-in and concierge scheduling.

How far is The Skyfall Residence from Deer Valley?

About ten minutes by car — and you may not need a car at all. Our private shuttle runs door-to-door to Deer Valley Resort and Main Street, Park City, scheduled around your day. Salt Lake City International Airport is roughly forty minutes.

Is this a ski-in ski-out home?

No — and deliberately so. The Skyfall Residence is a ski-in/ski-out alternative: ten minutes from Deer Valley, offering more space, more privacy, and your own sauna and hot tub — comforts slope-side properties rarely match.

Is the pool heated year-round?

Yes — Wildwood Reserve's pool and spa sit steps from the residence and, once open in Summer 2027, are heated and available in all four seasons. Until then, the residence's own sauna and hot tub are yours year-round.

How does reserving work?

Choose your dates and send a request. Every stay is personally confirmed by our reservations team — you will hear from us within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Nothing is charged until your reservation is confirmed.

What are the nightly rates?

Rates are seasonal, from $595 per night in the shoulder seasons to $1,950 during the holiday weeks, with a $495 cleaning fee and local lodging taxes. Minimum stays range from two nights to five over the winter holidays. Your exact total is shown before you request.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations outside 60 days are refunded less a service fee; within 60 days, the deposit is refunded if we are able to rebook your dates. We recommend travel insurance for winter stays.

How many guests can stay, and are events allowed?

The residence sleeps twelve across four bedrooms and three baths. The primary guest must be 25 or older, and we do not host events or parties — The Skyfall Residence is a home, kept to a residential quiet.
